Region 2: Boyertown vs. Twin Valley (Berks)

Region 4: Hampden Township vs. Red Land (Cumberland)

Region 5: Swoyersville vs. Greater Pittston (Wyoming Valley)

Region 6: Blackhawk vs. Ambridge-Baden (Beaver)

Region 8: Fox Township vs. Wilcox (Elk)

Region 3: Mt. Carmel (Greater Norristown) vs. Morelanders (Lower MontCo)/ Downington (Chester)

Region 7: Mifflin County (Central Penn) vs. Unity (District 31)
