The first day of the 2010 PA State Tournament commences in just a few hours. Eight teams, seven regional champions and a host, will take part in four games through the day. The matchups are as follows.
Game 1: Pennridge (Region 2) vs. Danville (Region 5)
Game 2: Hopewell (Region 6) vs. Upper Dauphin (Region 4)
Game 3: Spring City (Region 3) vs. Millcreek (Region
Game 4: Boyertown (Host) vs. State College (Region 7)
