The 2011 American Legion Baseball World Series commences on Friday morning at Keeter Stadium in Shelby, North Carolina. The first day's matchups are as follows:
Game 1 (10am)
Eden Prairie, MN vs. Midland, MI
Game 2 (doubleheader)
Las Vegas, NV vs. Tupelo, MS
Game 3 (5pm)
Waipahu, HI vs. Brooklawn, NJ
Game 4 (doubleheader)
Gaffney, SC vs. Bedford, NH
